Now celebrating their 5th anniversary, Japanese Idol group Sora Tob Sakana has announced their solo tour of “Map of Heavenly Spheres”.
Over the past five years, Sora Tob Sakana have carved out a unique niche for themselves in the idol scene, with complex and etherial composition and haunting melodies. Their music captures melancholy without delving into depression.
Going from strength to strength, with a particular standout being 2016’s “Ribbon”, the expectation is that these shows elevate the level of idol performance to a more serious place. The tour will kick off in Tokyo at Daikanyama Unit, following on from which Sora Tob Sakana will play in Osaka (Live House Gabu) and Nagoya (Jammin’). The final of the tour will be held in Tokyo on September 22nd at Hulic Hall.
